Privacy
The short version
You can search Club Finder without giving us any personal details. If you want rego alerts, we ask for your email only. We never ask for your child's name, date of birth or photo.
What we collect when you search
Your search (suburb or postcode, age group and team type) is used to show results and isn't saved against you.
To stop automated abuse, we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address, never the address itself, for up to 24 hours. It can't be turned back into your address.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs for security. Our database is hosted by Supabase in Sydney.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell anything about you.
Rego alerts
If you ask us to email you when registrations open, we keep your email address, the suburb or postcode you searched, the age group, and the date you agreed. Nothing about your child.
We only use it to email you about club registrations for that age group near that place. Alerts come from AU Ballerz, sent to a group of parents by blind copy, so no one sees anyone else's address.
Unsubscribe any time at clubs.auballerz.com/unsubscribe or by replying STOP to any alert. We delete your details straight away. Either way, we delete them 12 months after you sign up.
To stop bots, the signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser without tracking you for advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Club details
Club listings come from each club's public website. We show the source and the date we checked it. Clubs can ask us to correct their listing.
Corrections and missing clubs
If you suggest a correction or tell us about a missing club, we keep your name, your role at the club, your email and what you wrote. We only use it to check the suggestion and, if needed, to contact you about it. We never ask for anything about a child.
Only AU Ballerz sees it. We delete it 90 days after we've reviewed it. To have it removed sooner, email enquiries@auballerz.com.
The form uses the same Cloudflare Turnstile check as rego alerts.
